Hello all
Does any one know how to get V 12 onto Windows 7 Home premium so that the program loads. I have a message left which says
"program cant start because the HLVDD.DLL is missing from the computer try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Well we tried to reinstall and it still didnt work.

Hi Steve,

The hardlock drive must be updated. Just go into support page and follow the instructions:

http://www.datacad.com/update/update_hardlock.htm

With Windows 7 Datacad must be installed on your C: drive in it's own file folder.

Thanks Miguel for the link and Rick for your input (datacad was previously installed onto the default drive fortunately).
Datacad 12 now works you have save me alot of stress.
